These are two different products and it is worth being clear about which one your situation calls for, because one of them is free.
A free on-site assessment is what you want when you can already see or smell mold and you want it gone. We come out, determine the scope and the source, and give you a written price to remediate. There is no charge and no obligation.
A paid inspection is what you want when you need an answer rather than a repair — when you are buying a house, when a tenant or landlord dispute needs documentation, when symptoms suggest a problem nobody can locate, or when you need an independent report that is not attached to a remediation quote. What a mold inspection actually covers
The visible part is the least useful part. Anyone can spot growth on a basement wall. What an inspection buys you is everything behind that.

Why Rochester inspections find the same things
